Overview
Users experiencing issues when opening the Help window in PIMSY may notice either an immediate program closure or an error message stating, “Cannot load counter name data because an invalid index was read from the registry.” These issues are caused by problems on the user’s computer rather than PIMSY itself, and resolving them typically requires local system troubleshooting.
