Let’s explore PIMSY’s main navigation menu, the central hub where you can easily access all features, settings, reports, client-related and administrative tools.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Viewing the Main Menu
When logging into PIMSY, you will notice the top navigation bar. Depending on your assigned profile, the menu items available to you may be different than what is shown.
Step 2: Utilities
The Utilities menu includes features such as Alerts, Refresh Picklists, Tasks, SAL, Documents, EDE (Electronic Data Exchange files), Links, and information About your site to name a few.
Step 3: Clients
The Clients menu includes all client-related items such as Client Management (client charts), Waiting List, Renewals, Notes, eMar, Bed Management, and client specific Reports, among others.
Step 4: Financial
The Financial menu houses all financial and billing-related items, including Billing Codes setup, Invoicing, Client Payments, Statements, and related Reports.
Step 5: Save the Record
The Reports menu offers a variety of reports that can be accessed and utilized based on your specific needs.
Step 6: Administration
The Administration menu offers key administrative tools, including Organization Management, User Management, Q&A Setup, Settings Management, and Inventory Management, among others.
Step 7: Windows
The Windows option in the main menu allows you to easily switch between all open screens in PIMSY, helping you navigate your workspace more efficiently.
Step 8: Help
The Help menu offers quick access to valuable resources for all your PIMSY-related questions. From here you can access the Help Desk which gives you access to our library of helpful articles, reach our support team, and review the latest release notes.
Step 9: Misc. Items
Other menu items include the DrFirst integration prescription module, Log Out, and Lock.
