Overview
Occasionally, users may experience issues accessing PIMSY if the security key or web service URL was entered incorrectly during installation. This article explains how to resolve this issue.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open PIMSY
Click the PIMSY icon to open the login window.
Step 2: The Login Window
In the login ID field, type SHOWBUTTONS and hit enter or click Login. Two buttons will appear; one for the URL and the other for the Security Key.
Click either to review and verify if the inputs are correct. If not, enter the correct information and then try to log in again using your normal username and password.
