Overview
The Clients menu serves as the central hub for managing all client-related information and activities. It provides quick access to essential client tools, helping users stay organized and provide effective client care.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigating to the Clients Menu
From the top navigation menu, go to:

Step 2: Clients Menu Options
The Clients menu provides access to all client-related features and tools such as:
- Client Management - Client Management contains the client list, displaying all active clients assigned to the user. Clicking a client's name in the left panel opens their chart, where you can view and update demographics, insurance information, documents, diagnoses, treatment plans, renewals, ePrescribe, and more.
- Quick Client - Quick Clients provides a quick and easy way to search (filter) for a specific client and open their chart.
- Client Groups - The Client Group Assignment is a tool for creating and managing client groups, making it easier to organize clients by specific programs, services, or other criteria, and simplifying scheduling.
- Waiting List - PIMSY includes a Waiting List feature for prospective clients who have not yet been scheduled for an appointment. This tool allows you to capture and manage important preliminary information. To learn more, check out the How to Create a Client in the Client Waiting List article.
- Check List - The global Check List helps ensure each client chart is audit-ready by tracking outstanding required forms, tasks, and other necessary items. To learn more about the Check List, check out our article on How to Create a Check List / Comment.
- Renewals - The global Renewals list displays all outstanding and upcoming reminders for both users and clients. To learn more about Renewals, check out our article on How to Manage and Create Renewals.

Authorizations - The global Authorizations screen provides a comprehensive view of every authorization in your system. This screen includes powerful filtering capabilities, allowing you to sort and manage authorizations based on a variety of criteria. - Notes - The global Notes screen provides a centralized location to view and manage all notes. From here, you can also generate Note Reports. To learn more about Notes, check out our article on How to Create a Clinical Note.

Group Notes - Like the Notes screen, Group notes provides an area where all group notes can be viewed and managed. Filter for specific notes or new group notes by clicking the New Group Note button. To learn more about Group notes, check out the How to Create a Group Note article.

Merge Two Clients - The Merge Two Clients tool makes it easy to quickly merge two clients together into one chart. This feature is used in rare situations where duplicate client charts exist in the system. To learn more, check out our article on How to Merge Client Charts.

eMAR - The global eMAR screen allows users to quickly view scheduled medication administrations, eMAR reports, and create new records. To learn more, check out our article on Tracking Medication Administration with eMAR.

Bed Management - The Bed Management module allows you to track occupancy for residential facilities. It will track which clients are in which bed, and when those clients are expected to vacate those beds. Select Bed Assignments from the menu to begin tracking occupancy or select Daily Log to view a global list of bed assignments. - Reports - From the Reports menu option, you can choose between viewing the Client Lab Report or the Client Outcome Reports. To learn more, check out our article on How to View Reports.
