From the top navigation menu, go to:
Reports
Step 2: Choosing a Report
*Note: Your plan may include different options than what you see here.
There are a number of reports available from the Reports menu, such as:
- Service Activity Log (Multiple Users) – This is a company-wide report based off the entries on the SAL Calendar and is a more comprehensive report than the My SAL report. This report is exposed only to those with the appropriate profile rule.
- Statistics by Date – When running selected financial reports, the data is filtered by the initial invoiced date, not the date of service. Results will reflect when the claim was first invoiced, not when the service occurred. You can filter reports by Invoiced Month and Invoiced Year. Other useful reports in this menu are Clients by Demographics, and Telehealth Appointments stats.
- Statistics by User – Statistical information based on the user. Some key reports to use under this menu are the User Codes and Rates, which allows you to easily see all codes and how they are set up on all users in one easy to filter report. FINANCIAL User Payroll Details is a great tool if you use PIMSY Payroll module. This report allows you to easily filter to see if a specific service was included in any past payroll for a user.
Step 3: Running a Report
After selecting a report from the Reports menu, it will open that report types menu. Select a specific report from the dropdown and then click Refresh. Once the data has data generated, the report can be saved to excel by going to the File menu at the top and clicking Save.
Step 4: Selecting a different layout
If you do not need the report exported to excel, but would like to sort and drill into the report, you may choose the Classic View. This view is interactive and allows you to sort by the various headers. Simply grab a header and pull it up to the grey bar to group by that header. You can group by as many headers as you like. Clicking on the caret next to the headers will expose the entries of the report.
