Overview
When modifying an appointment that is part of a recurring series, the system allows you to choose whether to update just that single appointment or the entire series. This ensures flexibility in managing schedule changes while keeping recurring appointments consistent. Users can easily apply changes to one event or the full series as needed.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigating to the Appointment
From the top navigation menu, go to:
Utilities > SAL > My SAL Calendar
Find and open an appointment that is part of a recurring series.
If you attempt to make changes, a popup will appear asking whether you want to update only this event or all events in the series. It will also show the intended changes.
You choose to either:
- Update This Event - Applies the change to the selected appointment only.
- Update Series - Applies the change to the current appointment, as well as all future appointments in the series.
If you do not wish to make a change, simply hit the X (escape) button to return to the Edit SAL window.
Please note that clicking the Recurrence button does not offer a way to make changes to the appointment series.
