Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigating to a Grid
When viewing a screen with a blue header and grid, you can access the column chooser by right-clicking the blue header. This can be done in areas such as Reports (Statistics), eMAR, Bed Management, Statements, Invoicing, My SAL, and more.
Step 2: Setting Up Conditional Formatting
From the right-click menu, select Conditional Formatting and then click Add New Rule in the Conditional Formatting Rules Manager popup.
Select the column in the grid where you want the rule to apply (Rule applies on). Give the rule a Rule name, then choose the Cell Value condition you want to use. Enter a value for Value 1 and, if needed, an additional Value 2.
Step 2: Formatting with Color and More
To change the background color for specific criteria, select an option from the Rules applied on dropdown and add your criteria as Value 1.
Next, click the three-dot icon next to the CellBackColor option. In the color dialog window that appears, choose your desired color and click OK.
You can also choose a Format such as TextAlignment, RowForeColor, or CellBackColor. After setting your rule details, click Apply and then OK. Repeat the process to add additional rules to rows, columns, or cells. If needed, check the box for Apply this rule to entire row.
