Overview
The reports in the Financial menu differ from those in the Reports menu. While the Reports menu contains pre-formatted options (some of which may not be available in all PIMSY applications), the Financial Reports focus specifically on company financial information.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigating to the Financial Reports Menu
From the top navigation menu, go to:
Financial > Reports
You can run reports based off the dates that matter to your agency. invoiced date, or the date of service. You can also run them based on specific dates regarding payments. Important to note:
The Invoiced Date is the date the claim was initially billed (when the Invoiced checkbox was checked).
The Service Date is the date taken from the note.
The EOB Date is the date that the payer tried to pay it.
The Received Date is when the check hits the account. Its taken from the 835 BPR line from an 835- so if a payment is posted via a paper check its up to the user to update the "received date" to reflect when it was deposited into the bank. If its an ACH its the same date - the EOB and Received date would be identical.
The Posting Date is when the payment received box is checked.
