Overview
Ambient Scribe uses AI to support clinical documentation by automatically transcribing telehealth sessions and populating note Q&A forms, helping reduce manual entry and save time during note completion.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Telehealth Session Recording
When scheduling a telehealth appointment, the system determines if recording and transcription are allowed based on the settings listed above.
During the telehealth session, please check to indicate if the recording indicator is active. If it is, the session dialogue will be recorded and transcribed.
To begin using Ambient Scribe, open the session note after the telehealth session has concluded.
Step 2: How to Use Ambient Scribe
Click the Forms section to expand it, then select a form from the Forms dropdown.
You will notice a new button that says Fill Answers from Recorded Transcription. Click this button to begin the automated form answering process.
If this is your first time to use this feature, you'll be asked to review and accept the PAISLY Terms & Conditions. Check the I agree checkbox and then click Proceed to continue.
A brief animation will appear that states "PAISLY is filling out your form". During this brief time PAISLY will:
- Analyze your session transcription
- Review each question on your form
- Automatically populate answers based on what was discussed during the session
When complete, you'll see a success message showing how many answers were generated. You may dismiss the message by clicking OK or you can click Don't Show Again, which will dismiss the message and skip showing success messages in the future.
Step 3: Reviewing the Results
PAISLY fills in answers based on what it understood from the transcription.
Always review the auto-filled answers to ensure they accurately reflect what was discussed during the session.
