The Tags feature helps users and administrators quickly identify important details such as client billing information, dispositions, and preferred pronouns

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigating to Tags in the Pick List Management
First we will need to set up Tags.
From the top navigation menu, go to:
Administration > Pick List Management
Search for "Tags" in the search bar and press enter. Select Tags from the list.
Step 2: Setting Up Tags
Tags can be managed in Pick List Management, where you can view or modify the following columns:
- Tag Name
- Tag Category
- Description – Description of the tag
- Disposition Color – The displayed tag color
- Warn (checkbox) - If checked, tag when assigned will generate a warning on that client when selected in the system
- Disposition Priority – Priority of the tag
To create a new tag, scroll to the blank row at the bottom of the list and enter the desired tag information. Be sure to Save and then click Refresh Picklists under the Utilities menu.
Step 3: Areas in the System Where Tags Can Be Found
Client Management
The client list will display if any tags are attached to a specific client. Hover over the tag icon to display the attached tags. If they tag icon is grey, then no tags have been assigned to that client.
Client Chart
Tags can be found at the top of the Details tab of the client chart. They are displayed by Tag type, disposition priority, and color. This can be customized or set by the system administrative user.
To edit Tags, click the Edit button. A popup will appear displaying tag options for Billing, Dispositions, and Pronouns. Tags that have not been selected or applied to the client will appear in grey. Once added, they will display in color. Click Save to apply your changes.
Tags are displayed in groups by tag category. If the user has the profile rule, they can customize the Tag Category.
Appointments – Edit SAL screen
Tags can be found at the bottom of the Edit SAL screen when editing an appointment. SAL Info and SAL Tracking tags are specific to each appointment and are used to record information and track the client throughout the session.
Additionally, when taking payments from the Edit SAL, tags can be located within the Take Payments screen. Click the Tags button to bring the tags into view.
Notes Screen
When viewing a client note, tags can be located by clicking the Tags button at the top, They are divided into Note Tags, Client Tags, and SAL Tags. SAL Tags will only show if the note is attached to an appointment.
Tasks
Tags can also be found in Tasks within the Desktop application. Clicking a task with a client attached will bring up the associated client tags, where you can make edits and comments.
