Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to a Client Chart
From the top navigation menu, go to:
Clients > Client Management
Select a client from the list to open their client chart.
Step 2: Utilize the Status Log
In the client's chart, click on the Status Log header. Here, you can enter the date they officially discharged from services, the reason for termination, and if they discharged from a specific division. Remarks is an open field you can use for internal notes.
Step 3: Inactivating the Client Chart
Return to the Details tab within the clients chart, and scroll down to the Administration Information section. There, uncheck the Active box and hit Save.
The client will now be classified as discharged.
Step 3: Returning Client
If the client returns after being discharged, return to the client list in Client Management and filter for the client. Note, by default the client list always loads with active clients displayed.
Select the inactive client from the list to open their client chart and scroll down to the Administration Information section. Check the Active box and hit Save to reinstate them as an active client.
