authorizations
It takes me a much longer to check expiring authorizations. They never seem to match in PIMSY to what is billed. I maybe doing something wrong. Is anyone else experiencing this problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

This ticket has been closed: there were no issues that we could duplicate. We've followed up with the customer individually to resolve her questions.
