In an effort to provide you with the best and most reliable experience possible, our prescribing partner, DigitalRx, is changing its two-factor authentication requirement* (security) to use a new vendor. As of August 1st 2019, they will no longer be using Norton Security for this feature.
This means that, if you or your team members prescribe via EPCS**, you will need to re-register with this new partner, ID.me. You will no longer need the physical key fob; instead, you will need to download a smartphone app that will provide your security code in real time.

or search your App store for Id.me Authenticator
Please see the instructions linked below on how to complete the registration process. It will take about 15 minutes and is similar to what you had to do when you first set up the PIMSY Rx feature:
1. H2H IDme Rollout Info
2. H2H Virtual In-Person Proofing
3. ID.me Enrollment Guide
If you don't see the document when you click a link above, look at the bottom of your screen: it may load there as a downloaded pdf.
Please do this before Aug 1st: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PRESCRIBE EPCS as of August 1st if you have not completed this process.
There will be no changes to the pricing related to this service, which is really good news. We recognize that everyone is very busy and apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you find these changes will better serve you going forward.
*Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security designed to ensure that you're the only person who can access your account, even if someone knows your password.
