Go to Reports > Statistics by Client. From the drop-down list, select Client Session Report and Refresh (on the right). This runs the general report.
Click the filter button and search for the Last Service Date. Select the second date field and enter the date you need, such as 21 days previously. Click OK, and Refresh again.
Your report can now be viewed or exported to MS Excel.
