A user can't bill after seeing a patient?

It could be that you haven't added the codes to the user.

To verify or add, go to Administration > User Management > User Personnel Folder and click on the Codes/Rates tab.

The problem is here if nothing is listed.  If the codes are listed make sure the start date is before today (or the day of the visit) and the end date is many years out (we suggest 50+ years).

Make sure all the correct fields are completed for your office (remember your PIMSY setup can be different from another office)
