I have a user who can't see the SAL, how do I fix that?

First verify the user profile that is put on the user to make sure it is correct. (Administration - User Management - User Personnel Folder). Under Administration > Profile Management.

Select the profile of the user, look on the left side for the items you they need. Double-click to move them to the right side which is what the user group has access to in PIMSY.

If you click on something by accident or need to remove an item from the right just double-click it and it will go back to the left.
